I have been doing the exercises for a few days now to meet woman, and I have a few questions that I need answered. Firstly, you said that the program (volume I) should only take about 20-30 minutes a day, but it takes me anywhere from 2-3 hours! This is too long of a process to be doing everyday. I might be doing something wrong but I don't know what so I'll tell you exactly what I do and you can tell me if I am doing anything wrong. I do the relaxation exercise before every exercise, is this necessary? Also, I always "count myself awake" at the end of every relaxation exercise, is this necessary or can I just go right to the next exercise once I am in a relaxed state.
Now for my next question on the exercises to meet woman. I haven't been able to find a player to model for the player move duplicator. I do have two friends who get a lot of chicks, but they only get chicks cause they are very good looking (they are both pretty shy, atcually - girls just come to them). There is this one guy I know who gets girls more than any one I know, and he is not very good looking, but I have only talked to him a few times, I have never seen how he acts around girls, and because of location I have no way of interacting with him. I was thinking about modeling the "trent" character from the movie Swingers. What do you think? Is there any one who you think is a good player to model? I would appreciate the help.

First of all, congratulations on working diligently on the exercises.. You'd be amazed as to how many people want results without putting in any work!
From what I see, I suggest that you take an exercise at a time, and do it for 21 days/repetitions straight, so that it sinks into the unconscious as automatic behavior, before going to the next exercise.
The relaxation exercise is key to meet woman, because it allows you to get into the specific, correct state that allows your unconscious to "get it", however, you'll notice that you will get into the actual state faster and faster the more you do it.
You do not need to count yourself out if you're going into a seduction exercise, because it defeats the purpose of the relaxation exercise. I include a count out for when a person is only doing the relaxation exercise...there are some people who are not used to relaxing at all, so they need to learn to relax before doing anything else. You don't strike me as that kind of person.
As far as the player move duplicator question, you'll be surprised to find out you don't even have to know that the player you would like to model.
