Improving Your Nonverbal Communication Skill:
hi Derek
there's this girl i've known for about 6 months and although in hindsight there have been moments where things could have progressed i could never muster up the courage to make a move. What's throwing me off is that although her body language and nonverbal communication is all wrong she continues to call me out of the blue inviting me to go watch a movie with her(of course i agree)and other seemingly innocent activities. Also she often talks about some of our mutual friends and how she doesnt like the talkative, show off guy and prefers the strong silent type(me). Even with all this she fails to show me any of the usual signals i would expect off a girl that is into a guy(except for the eye contact). One thing that really threw me off is the fact that she is 24, gorgeous and a virgin!!(just take my word for it), the first i have ever met over the age of 16. i am completely at a loss at what to do and have few skills. Part of me wants to just go for it and but then another part is telling me not to scare her off and just wait, but at this rate waiting aint gonna solve anything. What should i do sensei?
Well, there's no guaranteed formula because she's a virgin. Something might be weird in her mind about her attitudes toward sex and she won't respond exactly like most other girls. Perhaps.
You have to get over your fear of taking risks. If you never act to play it safe, you will get nowhere. You have to get over the idea of losing her... that will make you ten times more powerful. As long as you are in that needy state of mind it will inhibit everything you do and in ways you are not realizing.
You have to be 100% prepared to lose her in order to get her... yes a paradox I know!
So that's the first thing that must change.
The second thing is, mnaybe YOU need to improve your nonverbal communication skill as well? Seduction Science is full of examples.
