Okay dude quick sex at work question. When I'm at work and a cute girl walks in or comes in through the drive-thru ( I work at a McDonald's btw ) whats the best way to pick up on them without looking like I'm hitting on them.

Sex at work is difficult. You're in a position where you're not seen as a potential mate when you're working at McDonalds. Women don't walk into McDonalds expecting to meet a McDonalds worker who will be their new lover.
Also, McDonalds management wouldn't be too happy if you did anything overt and obvious to pick up chicks. So the cards are really stacked against you.
Start with "How are you today?" with a big smile and see if she responds in a friendly way. The ones who don't respond well, you need to filter them out right away. If she's very open and friendly, then use some of the pick up lines in 3 master keys like "It's so good to meet someone with such a great energy."
If she responds well to that, you can go for her number but you may be taking a risk with management. And having sex at work with your coworker might get you fired!
